This product is installed on the pressure line at the outlet of the hydraulic pump to protect system control components and actuators, preventing contamination-related failures. It consists of two single-cylinder filters (Model Y-B) and a multi-way directional valve. During operation, one filter is active while the other remains on standby. When the operating filter becomes clogged, the standby filter can be engaged via the directional valve, while simultaneously isolating the contaminated filter and related oil circuit. This enables filter element replacement without shutting down the system, making it suitable for continuous-duty hydraulic systems.
