XB Series: Side-Mounted Suction Oil Filter

This product is installed at the suction port of the oil pump, aimed to protecting the oil pump and other hydraulic components by preventing the ingestion of contaminated impurities, effectively controlling contamination and improving the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

Self-Sealing Valve:

The filter is directly mounted on the side of the oil tank. When the filter cover is opened for filter element replacement, the self-sealing valve automatically closes to isolate the oil circuit, simplifying the oil circuit and making the filter element replacement more convenient.

Built-in Clogging Indicator and Bypass Valve

When the clogging indicator is in the green range, it indicates the filter is operating normally; when the clogging indicator is in the red range, it indicates the filter is contaminated and blocked. When the Oil outlet vacuum pressure reaches 2.7 psi (0.18 bar), the indicator sends a switch signal (changes from normally open to normally closed), indicating that the filter element should be replaced or cleaned. If immediate shutdown for replacement or cleaning is not possible, the built-in bypass valve will automatically open when the oil outlet vacuum pressure reaches 3.0 psi (0.2 bar), preventing further increase in vacuum pressure, protecting the oil from damage.

Standard Configuration:

Filtering material is stainless steel wire mesh, housing material is aluminum alloy, filter element framework, end cap material is carbon steel, sealing material is nitrile rubber, clogging indicator model ZKF-II.

The product is equipped with two functional holes, which allow the clogging indicator to be installed in either direction. Additionally, they can serve as oil drain outlets for the filter.

Two types of clogging indicators are available for selection. Model ZKF-II features a visual inspection function, normally open contact, voltage 0~36V, power 20W, not compatible with computers. Model ZS-I does not have a visual inspection capability, normally open contact, voltage 0~240V, power 50W, compatible with computers.

Note: The product provides connecting flanges, seals, and bolts. Users only need to prepare a pipe with a diameter of ΦD and weld it into the Port.
