2DH Series: Dual-Housing Large Flow Return Oil Filter

The product consists of two single-canister filters and a selector valve. One filter operates while the other is on standby. When the operating filter becomes clogged due to contamination, the directional valve can activate the standby filter to continue operation, simultaneously shutting down the contaminated filter and associated oil circuit (allow for minimal internal leakage) to replace the filter element, allowing maintenance without system downtime.

The filter element is made of long-fiber chemical fiber filtering material, featuring high filtration accuracy, good impact resistance, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and a large dirt holding capacity. Its filtration accuracy is determined by absolute filtration accuracy, with a filtration ratio β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200, and filtration efficiency ƞ ≥ 99.5%, meeting ISO standards.

Standard Configuration: Housing, matching flanges, selector valve, bolts, filter element framework material is carbon steel; filter element end cap material is ABS; sealing ring material is nitrile rubber, sealing gasket, and valve plate material is PTFE.
