2FH Series: Duplex External Return Line Filter
The product consists of two single-cylinder filters and a selector valve. One filter operates while the other is on standby. When the operating filter becomes clogged due to contamination, the directional valve can activate the standby filter to continue operation, simultaneously shutting down the contaminated filter and associated oil circuit to replace the filter element, allowing maintenance without system downtime.
The design adopts a direct return filtration structure, allowing for easy and quick filter element replacement by unscrewing the removable cover.
Built-in Clogging Indicator and Bypass Valve
When the filter becomes contaminated and the pressure drop reaches 60 psi (4 bar), the built-in clogging indicator sends a switch signal. At this point, the system should be shut down to replace or clean the filter element. If shutdown is not possible and the pressure drop continues to rise to 75 psi (5 bar), the built-in bypass valve will automatically open to prevent further pressure increase, which could damage the filter element and cause secondary contamination

The filter element uses filament synthetic fiber as the filtration material, offering high filtration accuracy, excellent impact resistance, large oil flow capacity, minimal initial pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated in absolute filtration accuracy, with a filtration ratio β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200, and filtration efficiency ƞ ≥ 99.5%, meeting ISO standards.
Standard Product Configuration: Housing, matching flanges, bolts and nuts, filter element framework are made of carbon steel; filter element top and bottom end caps are made of ABS; sealing ring material is nitrile rubber; sealing gasket material is PTFE. Comes with clogging indicator model CS-V.

Users only need to insert a pipe with a diameter of ΦD into the matching flange port and weld it in place.
