The modernization of hydraulic technology has led hydraulic system performance parameters towards ultra-high pressures, large flows, and high precision. To ensure the reliability of hydraulic system performance, the cleanliness requirements for hydraulic oil have become increasingly stringent.
The LY-series oil filtering cart is specialized equipment designed for filtering hydraulic oil. It features a dual-stage filter in a series structure, capable of providing system oil filling filtration and bypass circulation filtration. This effectively improves oil cleanliness, controls pollution, extends the service life of system components, and ensures normal system operation.

Dual Stage Filter:
Laboratory data shows that the optimal filtration efficiency is achieved when the difference in filtration accuracy between the two filter stages is approximately 110 microns. This product adopts a dual-stage filter structure to effectively remove densely distributed micro-particulate contaminants in the oil and improve system oil cleanliness. It also balances the dirt holding capacity of the two stages of filters, significantly enhancing the overall filtration efficiency of the unit.
Dual-stage Filters with Quick-Disassembly Structure:
Allows for direct and quick filter element replacement.
Features a Visual Clogging Indicator:
Pointer in the green zone indicates the filter is operating normally; pointer in the red zone indicates clogging in the system, signaling the need for cleaning and filter element replacement.
Equipped with a Bypass Valve:
Automatically opens when differential pressure continues to rise to 75psi(5bar)in order to prevent further damage to the filter element and cause secondary contamination.
Standard Product Configuration:
Filters, chassis material, pump frame, bolts, and nuts are made of carbon steel; motor housing material is aluminum alloy; inlet and outlet hoses are made of PVC steel wire hose; Seals are made of nitrile rubber; coarse filter element material is stainless steel wire mesh, precision 120µm; fine filter element material is long-fiber chemical fiber, precision 10µm.
