DH Series: Single-Housing Large Flow Return Oil Filter

The DH series filters are installed in the hydraulic system's return oil pipeline to filter out metal and non-metal contamination particles generated by wear of system components and keep the oil in return tank clean.

The filter element uses long-fiber chemical fiber filtering material, characterized by high filtration accuracy, good impact resistance, large oil flow capacity, low initial pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. The filtration precision is calibrated as absolute filtration precision, with filtration ratios β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200, and filtration efficiency η ≥ 99.5%, complying with ISO standards.

Built-in Clogging Indicator and Bypass Valve: When the filter is clogged with contamination and the differential pressure reaches 60psi (4bar), the indicator emits a switch signal to alert the situation. If immediate shutdown for replacement or cleaning is not possible, the built-in bypass valve will automatically open when the pressure difference reaches 75 psi (5 bar), preventing further increase in pressure difference, protecting the filter element from damage, and avoiding secondary contamination.

Standard Product Configuration: Housing, connecting flange, bolts and nuts, and filter element framework are made of carbon steel; top and bottom end caps of the filter element, bypass valve material is ABS; sealing ring material is nitrile rubber, sealing gasket material is PTFE. Comes with Clogging Indicator model CS-V.
