2RG Series: Dual-housing Lubrication Oil Filter
The product consists of two single-canister filters and a selector valve. One filter operates while the other is on standby. When the operating filter becomes clogged due to contamination, the directional valve can activate the standby filter to continue operation, simultaneously shutting down the contaminated filter and associated oil circuit (allow for minimal internal leakage) to replace the filter element, allowing maintenance without system downtime.
This filter is suitable for lubrication systems in heavy machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, and etc.

Product Features
- Features built-in Clogging Indicator and Bypass Valve:
When the filter is clogged and the differential pressure reaches 15psi (1bar), the built-in clogging indicator emits a switch signal, indicating that the filter element should be replaced or cleaned. If immediate shutdown for replacement or cleaning is not possible, the built-in bypass valve will automatically open when the differential pressure continues to rise to 22.5 psi (1.5bar), preventing further increase in differential pressure that could damage the filter element and cause secondary contamination.
-Equipped with a Strong Magnetic Filter:
Capable of removing fine magnetic particles beyond the filtering accuracy of the filter.
-Equipped with a cover Opening Device and Quick-release Bolts:
For products with diameters above 4 inches, cover opening devices allow rapid opening of the filter cover for cleaning and filter element replacement without lifting equipment. Therefore, users can save time and effort with this convenient design.
-Standard Product Configuration:
Housing, connection flanges, bolts and nuts, filter element framework are made of carbon steel; filter element top and bottom end caps are made of ABS; sealing ring material is nitrile rubber; sealing gasket material is PTFE.
